A Message From Our President

My fellow PMI members, due to an extensive project with my regular job (U.S. Navy) I must resign my position as President. My commitment requires me to be on extensive travel out of the area. However, I leave you in good hands with our outstanding Board of Directors as John Luker steps up as President. I have enjoyed serving the fine members of Northeast Florida Chapter of PMI. I look forward to my return in about a year to continue serving the Project Management Profession and the chapter. John Luker takes over 1 August 2018

PMO Leadership Forum
The PMI-NEFL Board of Directors is launching a new networking and educational program for you. The goal is to create a forum where you can informally consult with your peers about the challenges of managing at the program or portfolio level. We are currently collecting program design requirements and need your input. So, we created a brief survey to capture member preferences for times, locations, topics, etc.
If you are interested in helping the PMO Forum come to fruition, please click here and let us know how to best serve you.

Presented by Duke Okes, ASQ
Regardless of how well the project manager and team develop requirements, processes to meet them, and systems for measuring performance, things will go wrong. This workshop will clarify the differences in approach for several situations. Participants will also have the opportunity to apply some of the learning to their own project experiences.
