A passionate Agile and Technology Leader with diverse experience in Banking and Insurance industry. Since 2001, Arihant (aka AJ) played different roles i.e. Developer, Architect, Product Owner, Consultant, Project Manager, Manager and Assistant Director. In addition to his primary job with a Not-for-Profit organization based in Florida USA, Arihant is also pursuing his passion to develop agile leaders and high performing teams. Arihant holds Management 3.0, SAFe Product Manager, Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Professional Agile Leadership, IC Agile Adaptive Org design and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace certifications. Arihant currently lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife and 2 boys. He enjoys travelling, music and movies.
