Topic: DevOps, the next step in Agile Development

DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Everything is code, Micro Services, KanBan, Lean - what does it all mean? I thought Agile Development was the fix to all my problems.  Well software development has taken the next step from Agile and it is called DevOps.  DevOps is made up of many different things.  This presentation is an attempt to pull it all together and explain what it will mean for you and your organization.

About the speaker:

Steve Vaughn has over 20 years of software development leadership experience involving large scale applications in both small start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. This includes extensive experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies   The applications Steve is responsible for process over 2 billion transactions per year.  In his current role he acts as an Agile Coach, and  sets architecture direction for his company.
