I’ve been working in technology for over 20 years, including work in software design, development and delivery, project management, and product management. I was introduced to agile ways of working in 2008 as a product manager and have been chasing that passion ever since. I love being in an industry that values innovation, design thinking, agility, and customer centricity. I’ve been with Citizens Property Insurance for just over 5 years, starting as a Technical Project Manager in IT and now I am helping to lead our journey in Enterprise Business Agility. When I’m not being the Chief Enthusiasm Officer, I love to collect stamps for my National Park Passport book, hiking to the furthest reaches of the United States to make that happen. You can be sure, wherever I go, I have a paper map guiding my way – probably 5 of them.
